Art exhibition at 鶹ý

The 鶹ý Art Program opened its new art gallery, 鶹ý Exhibitions this spring. The 鶹ý Exhibitions gallery features a series of exhibitions by 鶹ý students and faculty. The gallery is a partnership between the 鶹ý Art Program and Dr. Michael Czubiak, who has provided and renovated the gallery space in his Camarillo building. “Summer Light” is on display now through Aug. 30. It is an exhibition featuring recent paintings by a group of 鶹ý students whose artwork celebrates the common attitude and uplifting theme of the summer season: color, light, and warmth. The first works to be showcased at the gallery were exhibitions titled “New Perspectives” and “Diverse Explorations,” which included works by 鶹ý students and faculty, respectively. The gallery is located at 92 Palm Drive in “Old Town” Camarillo. Regular gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. For more information about the gallery contact Jack Reilly, 鶹ý Art Program Chair, 805-437-8863 or email art@csuci.edu.
