March 15, 2022 - Âé¶¹´«Ã½'s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Director, Kirsten Olson, Ph.D., in collaboration with Psychology student researchers, have been conducting workshops over Zoom surrounding Wellness Skills aimed towards Âé¶¹´«Ã½ students! This study involves measuring the impact of peer-facilitated workshops involving self-care.
Students interested in participating should ; the deadline to participate is March 24! You'll need to take the pre-survey at the start of the workshop and take a post-survey two weeks after the workshop. Those who participate will receive a self-care goodie bag that can be picked up at the CAPS office on campus.Ìý
