About the Conference

The Ventura County Regional Men of Color Conference is a one-day gathering designed to celebrate, connect, and empower men of color across our region - while welcoming all who are committed to equity, inclusion, and community building.

This year’s theme - Stand Tall, Stay Rooted - invites us to reflect on the strength of our heritage, the importance of storytelling, and the power of collective growth.

Whether you identify as a man of color, are an ally, educator, student, or community partner, this conference is open to all who wish to engage in meaningful dialogue, deepen their understanding, and contribute to a more inclusive and supportive environment.

This conference provides a brave and inclusive space to:

  • Foster a thriving regional community of men of color
  • Uplift personal and professional development
  • Build leadership capacity and professional networks
  • Honor the diverse lived experiences that shape our journeys

Join students, educators, professionals, and community leaders for a day of inspiration, learning, and connection.
