Staff Council consists of elected staff members from the five campus divisions and an executive board of five additional staff members. Representatives and executive board members serve 3-year terms. See Bylaws & Governance for more details.

Staff Representation at CI

Staff Council provides assistance to campus organizations in sourcing volunteers to serve in staff representative seats on a variety of committees, taskforces, and councils. Barring any specific qualifications required by the organization, any staff member is eligible to represent their peers on the bodies listed below. Terms of representatation usually follow the Academic Year cycle (August to May) for one to two years. Calls for nominations usually go out in early July, with elections to follow if multiple nominations are received for any one seat. All staff may vote in elections for campus representatives.
