Using the Student Research Space
Resources
The student research space in Broome 1740 is available for approved, faculty-mentored student research. Among our resources are:
- Four computer stations
- LCD screens
- A 3-D printer
We have also have equipment available for checkout, which includes:
- Foam Cores
- Presentation Easels
- Laptops
- Presentation Clickers
- Conference Poster Tubes
Each piece of equipment will be checked out for a week. To place a reservation, please email CI Student Research and include the following in your email:
- First and Last Name
- Requested Equipment
- Purpose
- Length of duration
- Pick-up Date & Time
- Drop-off Date & Time
- Student ID Number
Hours of Operation:
We will have in person and virtual office hours for students/faculty to connect with the Student Research Team for fall 2025.
The Student Research Space can also be reserved. For reservations, please email CIStudentResearch@csuci.edu at least 5 business days before your meeting.
