    • Permission number generation
    • Processing of late change requests

  • Responsibilities

    • Development of course schedules aligned with enrollment demand in accordance with associated timelines and deadlines (Chairs & Deans)
    • Review of course schedule input for alignment with University Catalog and all relevant academic policies (Chairs & Deans)
    • Assignment of priority-use and department-operated classrooms by associated semester deadlines (Chairs)
    • Entry of course schedules (Staff)
    • Completion of notation for opt-in HIPs (Staff) and course materials (Instructors) by associated semester deadlines
    • Distribute information about book orders/open access materials (Chairs/Deans)
